Cancer as a metabolic disease – 2

With Dr Thomas Seyfried ...

Our research of pubmed over the years has found four natural extracts that limit glutamine use by cancer cells : curcumin, green tea extract (inc. EGCG), quercetin and berberine. I would add a fifth for other reasons : sulphoraphane. All have effects on multiple pathways, such as preventing angiogenesis. Ideally one would be working with a skilled doctor, but as a rough guide, large doses would be needed; up to 20 of each per day; so capsules emptied into water would be best; build up over time. Plus zero carbs, low protein (to promote autophagy - hopefully tumor shrinkage; eg 3 egg yolks) and time restricted eating. And fresh air walks.
The '100 diet' :
* curcumin
* green tea extract
* quercetin
* berberine
* sulphoraphane
Probably best taken with a meal (e.g. leafy greens) drizzled with MCT, coconut or Extra Virgin olive oils.

Add a few tablespoons of Hemp Seed Oil for extra effect (CBD).

LiZiQi on … salt
Firewood, rice, oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and tea 柴米油盐酱醋茶. Apollo (YT) : The main focus of this video is salt. It is perhaps the most essential of the seven items important to Chinese culinary life: firewood, rice, oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and tea. LiZiQi shows how salt is refined traditionally in SiChuan, an inland province of China : salt water is extracted from a well, concentrated by boiling in a big pot with firewood, purified by adding soybean milk to remove colored impurities (which float to the top and are skimmed off), and further concentrated to give salt crystals. She then used the salt to prepare/cook a variety of food, including PiDan (a kind of preserved duck egg with a very unique flavor), hand-beaten beef ball (so elastic that it could bounce like a Ping-Pong ball), potato, stewed beef, and more ... Planning war on China – part 24
Neither Russia nor China are warmongers, neither seek some kind of world domination, only protection; hegemony is very much only a fantasy of the West (the neo-feudal elites, not the people). If either did not assist the other in time of war, they would go down soon after. Russia has the nukes, China has the manpower and manufacturing. Only together can they withstand the imminent war. On Roosevelt's notion of economic freedom - with The Gravel Institute ... Meanwhile ...
