TianAnMen 天安门 Square and TianAnMen Gate, BeiJing

TianAnMen Square is a large plaza at the center of Beijing.


TianAnMen means 'Heavenly Peace Gate'.


To the north lies the Forbidden City (Palace Museum) and to the south QianMen. On the west side sits the Great Hall of the People and on the east side the Museum of China.
