The Chinese Government has spent about $40 billion training people from the countryside to run their own business.
The authorities in Beijing are determined to encourage a spirit of entrepreneurship among the millions who are migrating to cities from rural areas .
The Government's scheme provides free skills training, tax free loans of up to $8,000 and two years of support.
A million people have been trained so far, to set up businesses like hairdressing, catering, driving, or running nurseries.
